Our Policies

GENERAL INFO AND CANCELLATIONS

REFUND POLICY:

Refund Policy Deposit refundable with rain check kept on file if cancellation is received 21 or more days (30 days for holidays) prior to arrival date less service charge of $25. If we receive your cancellation 20 or less days prior to arrival date, you are charged for the room. We issue a rain check, less $15, only if your room is rebooked.

MINIMUM STAYS:

Three night minimum stay at Guesthouse and Tall Pines yurt.

SMOKING:

All accommodations we offer are smoke free.

PETS:

Pets are allowed at the yurts–$20/night/dog, $50 maximum. Service Dogs welcome at all our facilities – no additional charge.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES:

Check in: Anytime between 4 to 6 p.m. Check out by 11 a.m. RATES AND DATES: subject to change at any time. Prices may change at anytime without notice. However, once your reservation is confirmed, the price at which your reservation is confirmed will not be changed.

CHILDREN:

Children welcome at Yurt; Ages 3-16 half price, under three are free.

SKI TRAILS:

The Banadad Ski Trail is groomed and maintained by a non profit the – Banadad Trail Association. Skiers on the Banadad Ski Trails are required to have the Minnesota State Ski Pass and for guests staying at our lodging and the Banadad Trails Association’s Associate non-voting membership of $10/individual or $15 for a family is required. The Central and Upper Gunflint Trail Systems are privately operated and charge a trail fee.
